Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

When you make a reservation, we collect the name, phone number and email address you provide, together with your booking details (area, date, time and number of guests). If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address for that purpose.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We process your reservation data to handle and confirm your booking and to contact you about it (legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For karaoke bookings we also use it to arrange the advance payment. Newsletter emails are sent only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept only as long as necessary for the booking and for our legitimate administrative and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use trusted service providers (processors) only to operate the website and send emails on our behalf, including our hosting provider and our email delivery provider (Resend). These providers process data solely under our instructions.

If you opt in, we will send occasional emails about events and special offers. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by writing to [email protected].

Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the website to work and to remember your cookie preferences. We may also use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. You can manage your choice via the cookie banner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
